Do not remove the fuel subsidies at all, keep them as they are

This is a point for this idea
I understand why we don't want to see subsidies go before we have made elites who capture our resources accountable - but if we don't start the process of removing subsidies, we'll never liberate enough of the public purse to invest in the services that we need.
