Using short, 5-10 minute documentary/news style videos, from other regions where similar reforms have been successful. Specifically highlight areas where disagreements between labor, management, capital and political interests were tense, but ultimately overcome through compromise. Send these videos out through social media and email, and play them at any public hearings on the reforms.
